Align was recently named one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Indiana! We are proud to earn this recognition based on employee experience, culture, policies, and practices.
As a company, we have always fostered an engaging environment based on tight-knit teamwork and genuine relationships. However, receiving this award will give us a larger platform to share our company’s mission and values as we grow.
Companies from across the state entered a rigorous application and evaluation process to earn a spot as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana. Align’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics were analyzed to earn a spot amongst Indiana’s best workplaces.
The second part of the evaluation measured employee experience. Each one of Align’s employees got the opportunity to take a survey to share feedback on their experience and satisfaction as an Align team member.
Align scored high in both parts of the evaluation and received notice of our recognition this past March. We are thrilled that our employees are happy at our company and that our culture ranks amongst the best in the state, and we are as motivated as ever to keep making our company a great place to work in Greencastle, Terre Haute, and Indianapolis.
