Growing up on the shores of Cedar Lake inspired Jessica’s career choice, beginning as a hydraulics engineer for Indiana Department of Natural Resources. Over the next 20+ years, Jessica moved into private practice and expanded her portfolio to include a wider array of specialties, all with a focus on building better communities in her home state.

Over his 20+ year career, he focused on improving the built environment—managing projects from inception to design, permitting to construction. Raised on a farm with a strong work ethic, Grant was inspired by Abraham Lincoln’s early career to become a surveyor. Over the past 30+ years, Grant has surveyed thousands of acres and hundreds of linear miles in Indiana, using a comprehensive approach. His unique skillset includes the latest technologies and a pragmatic commitment to tailoring methodologies to client needs.

Matt has been a leader in the development of West Central Indiana for decades. As manager of Align's Terre Haute office, Matt leads teams of engineers and surveyors and ensures each project stays on time and on budget. Private companies, government agencies, public organizations, and developers have consulted Matt over the years and have trusted him with their most important projects.
