About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Civil Engineering professional to join our Civil Engineering team in Central Indiana. The ideal candidate for this role will be a licensed Professional Engineer with ample experience supervising INDOT design projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with robust leadership skills to take their careers to the next level.

What are the responsibilities and roles of this position?

-Lead and manage a professional team of engineers and technicians
-Ensure project timelines and budgets stay on target throughout the duration of a project
-Mentor project-level engineers and invest in their technical development
-Utilize experience to prepare project estimates/budgets
-Foster positive relationships with clients through responsive communication and excellent project delivery
-Serve as a project manager for various LPA, INDOT, and other design projects
-Manage project assignments and workload projections
-Be a pragmatic problem solver in critical situations while upholding Align’s values
-Serve as a design specialist for complex projects that require creativity and advanced technical skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

  • 4+ years of experience

  • Professional Engineering Liscense (Indiana)

  • Project Managment Experience
